The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the beach with many restaurants nearby. The rooms were not completely clean, lacking fresh towels and proper maintenance in the bathroom, but they did offer a balcony with an anticipated sea view and air-conditioning. The service had communication challenges at the reception desk but was promptly resolved by the management. The beachside was not pristine, but the proximity to the Medina and shops was convenient. The dining experience provided a good selection of warm and wholesome foods. The facilities were adequate, meeting basic needs for a comfortable stay.
I was thrilled with the stunning seaview from the room and the convenience of having a balcony. The room had excellent hot water and the air conditioning made the stay very comfortable. However, communication at the reception desk was a bit challenging, and housekeeping didn't always replace items as needed. The service was slow during busy times like weekends and holidays.
